Position Overview:
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in introducing AskSprut to new business prospects, building market awareness, uncovering needs, and winning customers. This is a unique opportunity to sell an innovative SaaS solution in a high-growth environment, while working directly with company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential business prospects across target industries
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads
- Schedule and lead discovery calls to understand customer needs and introduce AskSprut
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight value and impact
- Work closely with prospects through the full sales cycle—from first contact to contract
- Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline performance
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and generate campaign ideas
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and outreach platforms
- High energy, self-motivation, and a passion for helping customers succeed
- Familiarity with compliance, audit, or enterprise operations is a plus
